This page describes what happens to your data when you visit cue.trading and when you join the waitlist.

Visiting this site

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Fonts and scripts are served from cue.trading, so your browser contacts no third party when it loads a page.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver a page Cloudflare processes your IP address and the data of the request: the time, the page you asked for and what your browser sends about itself. We keep no server logs of our own, and Cloudflare keeps this data only as long as it needs it to deliver and protect the site.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a site that loads reliably and safely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare can process this data in the United States. It is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and otherwise relies on standard contractual clauses.

Waitlist

When you join the waitlist we store your email address. We use it to tell you when cue is ready to download, and when early access opens if that comes first. We send nothing else to it.

After you submit the form you get an email with a confirmation link. Your address joins the list once you follow that link. Until then it is held as unconfirmed and gets no further email.

The waitlist runs on Loops, a service of Astrodon Corporation in the United States. The form sends your address from your browser straight to Loops, so Loops also receives your IP address with that request. Loops stores your email address, when you signed up and whether you confirmed, and it sends the emails. It does this on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

Loops processes this data in the United States. Astrodon Corporation has certified to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the data processing agreement provides for standard contractual clauses.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep your address until you leave the waitlist or until we close it after launch.

You can leave the waitlist at any time. Write toarthur@cue.trading and we delete your address.

Your rights

  • Access to the data we hold about you
  • Correction of data that is wrong
  • Deletion of your data
  • Restriction of processing
  • A copy of your data in a portable format
  • Withdrawal of consent, with effect for the future

You can also complain to a data protection authority. The one responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
